Rates - All rates are in Euro.

Confirmation - All reservations will be confirmed instantly via e-mail after you've submitted the booking requests online.

Booking Guaranteed - Credit card details are ONLY used to guarantee (secure or hold) the reservation. The credit card will NOT be debited unless you fail to arrive and if you have not cancelled your reservation before the cacellation time given.

Payment schedule - Full payment requires at the hotel check-in counter upon arrival or checkout.

Payment method - The credit card such as American, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, JCB are accepted.

Payment Currency - All payments are in Euro.

Cancellation - Cancellations without charge are accepted until 3pm the day of the arrival. After 3pm in case of cancellation or non show there will be charges for the first night on the guest's credit card. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well.

Check out time - Check out time is at 12:00. For an extension, please contact the Front Desk.

Taxes/Service charge - Rate per room per night, Excluding breakfast, Excluding taxes.
